Summit Academy
Summit Academy is a private preparatory institute located in Whistler, British Columbia for grades four through seven. Our alternative learning program and personalized approach to your child’s education will cultivate a lifelong passion for academic exploration and growth.
At Summit Academy, we celebrate your child’s personality and passions and combine this with their academic needs to deliver a personalized teaching plan. Our low teacher-to-student ratio (1:7) provides students more one-on-one attention and allows greater opportunities for participation while building self-confidence and relationships that promote positivity and respect.
Our program includes general studies that are guided by BC’s Course Curriculum, with the addition of student-lead passion projects to promote social awareness and responsibility, athletics (based out of the HUB Fitness Center), outdoor exploration, and local / regional field trips. Regular meetings are held with students, parents, and teachers to identify and communicate the best way to facilitate learning. Your child will be given every opportunity in their education to thoroughly comprehend, engage, and succeed in their learning.

Summit Academy is open for instruction Monday – Friday from 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM.
Students may arrive from 8:30 AM to prepare for their day and the classroom will be accessible until 3:30 PM.
